电子科技大学微波电路与微系统集成研究室声学滤波器课题组面向海内外诚聘博士后

The acoustic filter research group of microwave circuit and microsystem integration research room of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) is looking for post-doctoral candidates in home and at abroad

微波电路与微系统集成研究室隶属于电子科学与工程学院，主要从事微波电路和MEMS专业的教学科研工作，现在由IEEE Fellow桥本教授为主的声学滤波器课题组，根据高性能声学滤波器的课题需求，特向国内外招聘博士后研究员。

桥本教授是国际声学滤波器的大咖，对声学知识有很深的理解，为全球培养了许多滤波器专家和工程技术人员，2021年4月开始全职加入电子科技大学工作，

课题组成员鲍景富教授是射频电路的专家，电子科技大学工学学士、硕士和博士、中国电子学会电路与系统专业委员会委员，1998年至2004年于日本东京工作，后开展3G移动通信，Wi-Fi、Bluetooth的研究。

现因项目研究需要，诚聘射频声学滤波器研究方向的博士后，具体相关信息如下：

The microwave circuit and microsystem integration research laboratory is subordinate to the school of Electronic Science and Engineering. It is mainly engaged in the teaching and scientific research of microwave circuit and MEMS. Now the acoustic filter research group dominated by Professor Hashimoto, the IEEE Fellow, is recruiting post-doctoral researchers in China and at abroad according to the demands of the project on high performance acoustic filter.

Professor Hashimoto is an international master of acoustic filters, he has a deep understanding of acoustic knowledge and has trained many experts and engineering technicians on acoustic filter for the world. He began to work full-time at the UESTC in April 2021.

Professor Bao, a member of the research group, is an expert in RF circuits. He holds a bachelor's degree, a master's degree and a doctor's degree in engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology, and a member of the Electric Circuit and Systematic  Committee of the Chinese Electronic Institute. He worked in Tokyo, Japan from 1998 to 2004, and then carried out research on 3G mobile communication, Wi Fi and Bluetooth.

Due to the research demands of the project, we are looking for post-doctoral candidates in the research direction of RF acoustic filters. The specific relevant information is as follows:

一、招聘要求：

1. 年龄35周岁以下，博士毕业5年以内（特别优秀者可适当放宽年龄）；

2. 最好具有射频电路、电磁场、微力学结构、压电材料等领域的专业背景；

3. 熟练掌握ADS、HFSS、MATLAB、COMSOL等技能；

4. 能熟练地进行英语口语交流及书面写作；

5. 具有较强科研能力和良好的团队协作精神，对岗位研究方向有着浓厚的兴趣。

Position Qualifications:

1. Under the age of 40, within 5 years of doctoral graduation;

2. Professional background in RF circuit, electromagnetic field, micromechanical structure, piezoelectric material and other fields is preferred；

3. Master ADS, HFSS, MATLAB, COMSOL and other skills;

4. Be proficient in oral communication and writing in English;

5. Have strong scientific research ability and good team cooperation spirit, and have a strong interest in post research.

二、薪资待遇：

薪资待遇分为以下几种情况：

（一）工作地点位于电子科技大学成都本部：

1. 基础薪酬：由学校和科研团队共同提供

（1）学校资助，标准一般为12-15万元/年；入选各类博士后人才计划者，提供18-40万元/年。如入选国家“博新计划”、国家“引进计划”不低于40万元/年（均为税前，不包括单位缴纳五险一金部分）

（2）团队给予一定比例的配套经费。

2. 学校提供博士后公寓（免租金）；

学校提供日常学术经费1万/年，中国博士后科学基金配套资助20％；

3. 学术成果享受学校成果奖励政策；

4. 享受学校教职工子女入园入学政策，享受四川省博士后子女择校政策；

5. 在站期间可以申请专业技术职务评审；

6. 鼓励和支持博士后在站期间到国外开展合作研究；

7. 优秀者可聘任为学校教师（如可申请电子科技大学校“百人计划”特聘研究员，并享受相关福利和待遇）。

（二）工作地点为电子科技大学长三角研究院：

1. 基础薪酬：30万元/年；

2. 研究院提供博士后公寓（免租金）；

3. 若选择自行租房，研究院及当地政府各提供1500元/月的租金补贴；

4. 在站期间或出站后可以申请当地研究院序列（有编制）；

5. 鼓励和支持博士后在站期间到国外开展合作研究。

About the Salary:

There are following several situations:

1. Work place is located at UESTC Chengdu:

The annual salary shall not be less than 150,000RMB, the specific salary is negotiable.

2. Work place is located at UESTC Yangtze River Delta Research Institute:

The annual salary shall not be less than 300,000RMB, the specific salary is negotiable.
